I've been straightening work out
for a long time!

In 2012, I transitioned from Adult Learning in Higher Ed to Workforce Learning as an Instructional Designer, returning to school and serving in several internships. I accepted consulting engagements in different industries and then worked in a full-time Senior Instructional Designer role.

I write, design, develop, organize, and implement creative online and live courses and assessments for Adult Learners. Applying proven methods and Instructional Design principles, I help learners achieve objectives and exceed expectations. 

I am dedicated to clear and frequent communication, creating attentive and warm client relationships. I am happy when I can break down complex or technical content into digestible chunks and relatable activities. ​
