A tip for 2026:
This picture shows what NOT to do. You've lived through instructions like this, right?
INSTEAD …
•Place instructions NEAR the diagram (or ON it). Label diagrams clearly.
OR
•Narrate a video of someone following the instructions.
Make learning at work easy in 2026.

Do you feel disorganized at work?
That could look like wanting something to be written or explained more clearly. Or getting thoughts and ideas into a better flow. Putting steps in order. Wrangling documents and images that live “all over the place”. Simplifying complex content and knowing your people get it.
Getting organized at work doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Or expensive. You just need a partner.

What’s the point of this game? You’ll see it’s tedious to document a process, even one you do a few times a week. The processes in your work are more complex and the stakes are higher! What if the one person who knows the process can’t do it? What if someone else needs to learn it fast and there are no instructions? That’s worrisome.
Small businesses often ignore these worries because they don’t have the time or the resources to break things down into tiny steps. Other things need their attention and are more fun.
But processes make work efficient. And having a staff playbook makes your people confident!
To me, breaking things down into tiny steps IS fun. I know, that’s nerdy. I can help businesses run with greater operational excellence in a customized, friendly, and affordable way. Please reach out.
