Instructional Design:
How does Liz straighten out your work?

  • She captures the steps in a complex technical process or task in a streamlined, concise job aid or microlesson so that anyone working on the task – now or in the future - has an easy resource to turn to.

  • Takes content from multiple / unrelated / conflicting sources, resolves the differences, determines what’s essential, organizes it for optimal training, and makes it flow. She builds activities that help you practice the skills and behaviors you need at work.

  • Ensures that slide layouts, videos, graphics, and text help people absorb what you need them to retain and use their knowledge on the job to accomplish goals and objectives.

  • Connects skillfully with your Subject Matter Experts, stakeholders, and learners at all levels. She establishes trust and only then recommends training solutions grounded in Adult Learning theory and Instructional Design principles.

  • Asks a LOT of questions so we don’t end up solving the wrong problem. Forms relationships. Communicates the way that works for you. Seeks your input and feedback – after all, it’s YOUR work!

  • Does YOUR work need straightening out?
